Tanis Homes GR "First of all I want to say THANK YOU to both you and Ty. I can genuinely say that buying a second home with you both has been a very memorable experience. I have purchased multiple properties before and every single time I use a different Realtor, even though buying a new home was a wonderful experience I never was able to create a bond with any of my previous Realtors. Until I met Ty. From our very first conversation, over the phone, he was cheerful, inviting, knowledgeable, and very helpful. In the past, I worked with a couple of Realtors that did not show professionalism in my best interest and instead cared about making the sale. After working with Ty and Lindy I am positive that this type of professionalism is NOT found everywhere. Both Ty and Lindy were very hands-on, always responded in a timely manner to my text messages, calls, and any questions I had in regards to properties, financing, inspections, and such. The list goes on and on. Working with both Ty and Lyndy was such a pleasure. I can definitely say that I will be calling them for my next home purchase and I continue to recommend them to all friends and family."
